Buffer Festival Toronto Industry Day

September 29, 2017
Buffer Festival Toronto

Buffer Festival  is an annual Youtube film festival in Toronto. I can recall interviewing Founder/creator Corey Vidal in the early days of Buffer Festival and I’m so impressed at how much its grown in such a short time. My transition from traditional media to digital hasn’t been easy, but it’s events like Buffer Festival that help open my mind to the possibilities of this new world. Last year when I went to this event I vowed I’d be involved in some capacity next time. This year I proudly moderated a panel discussion at the festival’s industry day.

How To Help Islands Affected By Hurricane Irma & Maria – Caribbean Hurricane Relief

September 7, 2017
Caribbean Hurricane Relief

My heart is aching as I watch the images of destruction and devastation in the wake of recent hurricanes. I’ve been sitting around wondering how I could help islands like Barbuda, Dominica, and the many other islands affected. I decided to do some research and have since made a donation. I’ve put together a list of all the resources I’ve found so that you can do the same.  Continue Reading…

My September Goals

September 10, 2017

I’ve been thinking about this summer. I must say there were moments of frustration, indecision and doubt. It’s been slow in terms of acting gigs, brand collabs etc. But this is to be expected during the summer months. However for all the bad  Continue Reading…
