I first met Jodianne Beckford at Toronto’s African Fashion Week in the summer of 2015. She was shooting the event, I was there with Karlyn Percil. Jodianne came up to me, introduced herself and gave me her card. I could tell she was a bit nervous, but she still followed through. Fast forward a year later, when I decided to start a blog and needed a photographer…I reached out to Jodianne and we’ve been working together ever since! Jo (she goes by Jo) has expanded her brand and now also hosts a podcast called The E. Project. I’m this week’s featured entrepreneur!
The “E” Project is a platform that showcases this generation’s current & aspiring entrepreneurs. Jodianne and I had a candid conversation about my career transition, challenges as a new entrepreneur, what inspires me and so much more. I cherish these kinds of chats and I hope you enjoy it ,and get something from it.
Listen to the episode below and be sure to follow and support The “E” Project.
